Our Product Guarantee Policy

At OPTOPLUS, we’re committed to offering high-quality products—and standing behind them. Our guarantees cover both frames and lenses, along with your visual adaptation. Here’s what our policy includes:

Frame Guarantee: 1 year
Frame Guarantee: 1 year
  • Coverage: Applies to manufacturing defects detected within 12 months of purchase.
  • How it works:
    • Visit the clinic where you made your purchase with your glasses in hand.
    • Our team will assess the issue and, if eligible, repair or replace the frames at no cost.
Lens Guarantee: 2 years
  • Coverage: Applies to manufacturing defects on lenses for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusions:
    • Scratches, chips, or other damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.
    • Changes in vision or prescription are not covered.
  • How it works:
    • Return to the clinic where your purchase was made.
    • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, your lenses will be replaced free of charge.
Lens Guarantee: 2 years
Adaptation Guarantee: 60 Days for Ophthalmic Lenses

You have 60 days from the time you receive your new glasses to report any discomfort, even after adjustments have been made by our opticians.

Our professionals will work with you to find the best possible solution for your visual comfort.
